Mobility classes will consist of varied sequences based on the instructor. The classes will target increasing range of motion within the body and improving overall postural awareness. The classes will focus on the physical and mental awareness and provide a space to enjoy an hour of movement.
Anna has been instructing a wide range of yoga styles including hatha, yin, vinyasa and power over the last 8 years. Anna is passionate about nervous system regulation, women’s core/health and craniosacral health and educating her students during her practice.
Steph’s teaches a vinyasa flow focused on mobility and strength building. Her classes appeal to all levels, whether you are looking to build strength, increase flexibility or reduce stress. She also teaches meditation.
