Her experience includes over a decade of 1:1 training, working in Latvia with the Canadian Armed Forces, coaching Track & Field, and supporting guides and mountain athletes pursuing demanding outdoor objectives. Working with Lianne
Lianne enjoys working collaboratively with her clients to develop skills and goals. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based strength and conditioning principles combined with movement education, with an emphasis on helping clients build autonomy, adaptability, and performance both in the gym and in sport. While professionally she has coached running for many years, recreationally she is a true “jack of all trades, master of none” and enjoys every sport under the sun. She has a slight favouritism towards splitboarding and alpine running. She has a stronger favoritism if sunrises and dogs are involved.
