Emilie Whittemore
Emilie holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and a Master of Physical Therapy. She is certified in Strength and Conditioning, Functional Dry Needling, Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (Level 2), Concussion and Vestibular Management, and K-taping.


Alexandra Harriss
Alex’s treatment philosophy is grounded in empowering patients through education and active participation in their rehabilitation journey, fostering long-term health and functional independence. Whether she’s treating a patient or taking on her next athletic challenge, Alex is driven by a deep commitment to health, performance, and well-being.
Jian Soares
Jian has extensive training in joint manipulation, dry needling, and other manual therapy techniques and is a certified concussion practitioner. Jian’s approach involves individualized treatment planning, manual therapy, and optimizing movement strategies to improve performance.


Tara Lazarski
Tara takes a hands-on approach to assessment and treatment that focuses on addressing the underlying cause of pain or injury. She has advanced education in manual therapy, a Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy, a Certificate in Acupuncture, and IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation). She also provides treatment for Vestibular (Vertigo) and Concussion Management.
Adam Morrison
Adam’s approach to treatment is specific for the person – using hands-on intervention as needed, movement analysis and retraining, and injury-specific exercises. Adam wants to get you back to moving pain-free and doing what you love.


Claire McDonald
Claire enjoys treating diverse conditions, particularly running-related injuries, and issues concerning the hip and knee. She also specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation, especially for postpartum and athletic populations, understanding the challenges as a mother herself. She listens, educates and empowers her clients on the road to recovery.
