At Fall Line, we strive to create an environment where progression happens both physically and mentally. Our practice covers sport performance, body and mind health and rehabilitation, mobility and general fitness. We have practitioners from the fields of kinesiology, physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to better health.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy treatment will include a variety of different treatment techniques that will best suit your needs, goals, and injury presentation. Treatment can include IMS, manual therapy, exercise prescription, in addition to taping to start the healing process. We also personalize exercise programs in our gym space and education is a key part of rehabilitation and will be emphasized in treatment.
Chiropractic
Chiropractors at Fall Line take a patient-focused approach to address and treat a wide array of neurological presentations, to musculoskeletal complaints. Areas focus include: Concussion/Post Concussion Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injury/Acquired Brain Injury, Dizziness/Vertigo, Neuro-Rehabilitation.


Strength & Conditioning
Personal training with a kinesiologist builds a better understanding of proper movement techniques while improving strength, cardio and mobility. The sessions are tailored to your goals and can include performance training, overall general fitness and mobility improvement. If you are injured, we can work with and around your injury to maintain your fitness whilst also focusing on recovery.
Yoga & Mobility
Mobility classes will consist of varied sequences based on the instructor. The classes will target increasing range of motion within the body and improving overall postural awareness. The classes will focus on the physical and mental awareness and provide a space to enjoy an hour of movement.


Massage Therapy
Sessions are 1:1 and performed by a registered massage therapist. The goal of treatment is to address the individual’s needs to assist in the healing process. Treatments can vary with relaxation techniques, breath work, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, craniosacral therapy, active release and passive stretching.
