Personal Training

Individualized one-on-one training to ensure your goals are reached. Once an initial assessment is completed, we will work together to achieve the goals set out. The sessions will be thoroughly planned and will have all the attention to allow proper movement and success. Personal training includes ICBC services, athletic performance, rehab and overall strength.
$ 90 per single session
4-Pack Package- $85/session

Partner Training

If you are looking to find a focussed training session to improve sport performance, correct imbalances and/or get back into shape then this may be your go to. A 2:1 ratio each session allows for a detail oriented program with the fun of a friend by your side. These sessions are a great way to hold each other accountable to getting to the gym and making fitness a consistent priority.
$55 per person
4-Pack Package- $50/session/person

Group Training

Team training (3-8 ppl) provides a fast-paced and fun environment. Encourage your teammates or a group of friends to be active together. These sessions are tailored to the groups goals. This type of training is beneficial for anyone looking to reduce chance of injury and get stronger while building camaraderie amongst the group. **Currently online options only for groups**
Starting at $20 per person

Online Training

This option is perfect for those who find it difficult to get to the gym, have a lack of time or prefer to stay in the house but have the equipment or space available to train. An online monthly program is tailored to your needs and space. The TruCoach app sends your daily program right to your phone every morning.
