We create individualized rehab training programs tailored to your goals and the specific areas that need attention. We provide a thorough analysis of the injured or painful area and work directly with other healthcare providers to allow a comprehensive and successful rehab process.

High Performance

High performance training sessions are individualized to your goals with a focus on functional movement from a science based approach. Fall Line has worked with a number of high performance teams and athletes across a range of sports and levels including alpine/freestyle skiing, rowing, swimming, soccer, luge, biking and hockey.

Overall Health

Fall Line creates a culture of hard work and a fun environment with an outcome of improved health and well being. Each session is individualized to fit the client and is continually updated to provide a program that reaches the individual target.
