Strength & Conditioning

Personal training with a kinesiologist builds a better understanding of proper movement techniques while improving strength, cardio and mobility. The sessions are tailored to your goals and can include performance training, overall general fitness and mobility improvement. These sessions can be 1:1 or in a group setting and includes ICBC services, athletic performance, rehab, and overall strength.

Danielle Robson | R.Kin

Danielle is the owner and lead kinesiologist at Fall Line. She holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and is registered with the BC Association of Kinesiologists. Dani has spent the majority of her career with a focus on performance athletics, rehabilitation of injuries and overall fitness to allow for a healthy life. She is also an ICBC vendor.

Manny Cabrera | R.Kin

Manuel Cabrera is a kinesiologist and strength & conditioning coach with a specialty in exercise physiology. Manny supports each athlete and rehab client by first taking objective data, setting S.M.A.R.T goals with them, and carefully tracking progress to ensure each person he works with continues down a path of success.
