Strength and Conditioning starts with Personal training with a kinesiologist building a better understanding of proper movement techniques while improving strength, cardio, and mobility. The sessions are tailored to your goals and can include performance training, overall general fitness, and mobility improvement. These sessions can be 1:1 or in a group setting and include ICBC services, athletic performance, rehab, and overall strength.

Danielle is the owner and lead kinesiologist at Fall Line. She holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and is registered with the BC Association of Kinesiologists. She has spent the majority of her career with a focus on performance athletics, rehabilitation of injuries, and overall fitness to allow for a healthy life. She is also an ICBC vendor.
Manny Cabrera | R.Kin
Manuel Cabrera is a kinesiologist and strength and conditioning coach with a specialty in exercise physiology. He supports each athlete and rehab client by first taking objective data, setting S.M.A.R.T goals with them, and then carefully tracking progress to ensure each person he works with continues down a path of success.

Amy partners with her clients to find an individualized approach to achieving their goals for both performance and lifestyle. She believes in building self-efficacy and physical literacy with her clients. This ensures that they have the tools they need to perform well, move injury-free, and feel confident in the gym and beyond.
